Yoga for Everyone

We offer classes that are suitable for all age ranges, and abilities.  Small class sizes allow for more individual attention and classes designed towards your goals.  


Many people ask me what style of yoga I teach. A great yogi (T.K.V Desikachar) said the below in an interview and it explains my classes and teaching style perfectly:

Yoga Journal: What distinguishes your teaching from other yoga? TKV: The practice is adapted to suit the needs, abilities, and interests of each individual. Unfortunately, today's standardization is a one-size-fits-all approach. I never compromise by standardizing yoga practices for different people. Adapting yoga to suit the needs of every unique individual is where the true greatness of yoga lies.

Yoga for everyone.  Classes are a mix of yoga poses offering choices and challenges for all students.  Bends, twists, holds, flows, we'll do it all.

Power Yoga - Thursday 7:00-7:45pm

A class designed to build strength and stamina.  An understanding of basic yoga and functional overall mobility are recommended in order to be comfortable and safe in this class.
